Strategic Group Finance Controller

Head4Talent is recruiting a Group Financial Controller for a high profile, large organisation based in the centre of Cardiff. The role sits in the Finance Department and reports to the Finance Director, overseeing up to 5 direct reports and up to 15 finance staff.

You will lead the accounting function, ensure timely management and statutory accounts, manage audits, and coordinate with IT and business change programs while supporting budgeting and treasury activities.
