Strategic Head of Finance & Operations

Vero HR Ltd, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Head of Finance & Operations in Rochester. This is a high‑impact, board‑level role combining strategic financial leadership with HR and operational oversight to drive sustainable growth.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will own budgeting, cash flow, international trade, payroll, ERP systems and governance, while shaping people strategy and ensuring robust controls.
