Strategic Head of Financial Reporting & Controls

Ageas UK is seeking a Director of Financial Reporting & Controls to lead financial reporting, governance and controls across Ageas, esure and Saga. You will partner with the CFO and Finance Leadership Team to shape strategy and drive long‑term value.

The role requires strong post‑qualification experience, deep IFRS and regulatory knowledge, and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders. A hybrid approach is possible with focus on strategic outcomes.
