Strategic Head of Pastoral & Safeguarding (Education)

First Steps Together Education is seeking an exceptional Head of Pastoral to join our education leadership team. You will shape pastoral practice across a growing network of specialist schools, focusing on safeguarding, attendance, behaviour and pupil wellbeing with a relational, trauma-informed approach.

You will report to the Director of Education and collaborate with Executive Headteachers, safeguarding leaders and pastoral teams to embed consistent, high-quality practice across all schools.
