Strategic HR Business Partner – Manufacturing (Onsite)

PE Global is recruiting for an HR Partner to join our global manufacturing client in Desford, Leicestershire. This full-time, onsite role offers an initial 12-month contract with a strong chance of extension. You will collaborate with operational leaders on HR policies, manage employee relations, and oversee talent development initiatives.

The ideal candidate has robust HR experience in similar environments, excellent analytical skills, and a CIPD qualification. The position requires excellent stakeholder management and advanced Excel skills.
