Strategic HR Business Partnering Leader

Jet2.com Limited seeks a senior HR leader to join the People function as Head of HR Business Partnering. You’ll lead a high-performing HRBP team and partner with senior leaders across Flight Deck, Cabin Crew, Ground Operations, Head Office and Overseas Operations to shape the People strategy.

You’ll combine strategic thinking with practical delivery, coach leaders, drive change and ensure HR activity aligns with business priorities and Take Me There values.
