Strategic HR Leader — Advisory & Transformation (Hybrid)

Reading Borough Council is seeking an accomplished Head of Strategic HR & Advisory to lead the Strategic HR Business Partnering and HR Advisory services within a large, modern local authority. This pivotal role reports to the Director of HR & OD and shapes workforce strategy and transformation across the Council.
