Job Description
Network Rail High Speed Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR professional to work with the supported business leadership team, reporting to the Head/Senior HR Business Partner to deliver the People Plan and HR strategy and to coach and support senior leaders.
The role will drive talent and succession planning, change management, and employee relations; deliver integrated people solutions; work with Centres of Expertise and unions to achieve business objectives.
