Job Description
Burman Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR professional to take on a strategic People Partnering role within a complex organisation. You will help embed the new People Strategy, translating priorities into meaningful people plans and initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have CIPD qualification, extensive HR experience in large/complex environments (preferably Higher Education), strong employment law knowledge and a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
