Strategic HRBP - 11-Month Maternity Cover

Huws Gray Group in Greater Manchester is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a 11-month maternity cover. You’ll build strong relationships with senior leaders, coach stakeholders, and shape the HR agenda to drive engagement and performance.

You will lead talent and succession reviews, manage organisational change including TUPE, and partner with COE and Shared Services to deliver a first-class HR service.
