Europe Snacks is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead the HR agenda at the Stevenage site. You will partner with leaders to deliver pragmatic, business-aligned people solutions and drive change across the employee lifecycle.

The role focuses on employee relations, organisational design, performance, talent planning and data-driven HR. A CIPD qualification and strong stakeholder skills are essential.
