Strategic HRBP for Change & Growth (Hybrid)

Oakleaf Partnership is assisting a large, purpose-led organisation to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner. The role is broad and operational, partnering with managers and senior stakeholders across a complex business, providing pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice.

The role is hybrid, based in Stratford, paying £244 per day with holiday pay, for 3–6 months, with an immediate start. You will cover the full employee lifecycle and help navigate change and priorities.
