Strategic HRBP for Education: Hybrid 12-Month FTC

Oasis Community Learning is seeking a People Manager on a 12 month FTC in London. The role is hybrid, with about 3 days per week in academies, and supports a cluster of Greater London academies.

You will be a strategic HR partner to Principals and department leads, delivering coaching and proactive HR support across education settings. The role is part of the People and Culture function, offering stretch opportunities in ER, recruitment, and people initiatives within a purpose-led organisation.
