Strategic HSW Leader for Multi-Site Safety & Wellbeing

Turner Lovell is seeking a Head of Health, Safety & Wellbeing in Bristol to provide strategic HSW leadership across major highways maintenance operations. You will lead safety culture, drive continuous improvement and ensure legal compliance across multiple contracts and sites.

You will embed best practices, manage risk, and work with senior leaders, clients and stakeholders to promote wellbeing and high HSW standards across the organisation.
