Strategic Indirect Procurement Lead – Hybrid, 4‑Day Week

ARM is seeking a Senior Indirect Procurement Specialist to manage procurement activities across facilities-related projects on a 12-month contract. The role is hybrid, Ampthill-based, offering a 37.5-hour week from Monday to Thursday with a 34–46 GBP/hour rate and Inside IR35 status.

You will lead RFQ/ITT processes, negotiate terms, oversee supplier relationships, and ensure policy compliance while delivering cost savings and value for internal customers.
