Strategic IT Procurement Leader

United Utilities is seeking a Commercial Business Manager – IT Procurement in Warrington, hybrid (3 days in the office). You will lead the IT procurement portfolio, shape market strategies and manage strategic relationships to deliver innovative, cost-effective outcomes.

You will influence senior stakeholders, build high-performing teams and drive multi-million-pound savings while ensuring governance and agile delivery across Technology Services and the wider business.
