Strategic Land Disposals Leader

Macdonald & Company is seeking an experienced land and property leader to shape a national land portfolio. You will assess sites, influence development strategies, negotiate transactions and work with internal and external partners to turn opportunities into value.

You will lead a specialist disposals team, develop capability, and influence senior stakeholders. The role demands strong commercial judgement and a track record across land transactions or estate management.
