Strategic Lead: Planning & Transport Policy

Halton Borough Council invites an experienced Lead Officer for Planning & Transport Policy to join the Forward Planning team. You will lead on Local Plan making, coordinate evidence, and present reports to boards, shaping borough growth.

We expect a minimum of six years in Planning & Transport Policy, a RTPI accredited degree, and proven ability to lead policy developments, public consultation, and examinations in public. A rewarding role with strong development impact.
