Strategic Operations Planner

Delta Housing seeks a Planner to coordinate resources across trades, schedule works, and support maintenance and repairs in Chelmsford. The role covers administration, finances, and data analysis to back up Operations teams and improve service delivery.

The position starts in-office for about 6 months, then a hybrid pattern with at least 3 days in the office weekly is expected. 37 hours per week with a salary of £31,572 per annum.
