Strategic Optimisation Manager – Healthcare Operations

Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an Operational Optimisation Manager to lead a portfolio of projects across the Trust, the system and national initiatives. This on-site role requires visible leadership to deliver high-quality care and an outstanding experience for staff and patients.

You will support service development and redesign, coordinate winter plans and service planning with the ICB and regional teams, and develop an agreed improvement plan aligned with the Trust strategy.
