We are seeking a talented and Strategic Partner Account Manager (PAM) to join our dynamic team in London. This role is crucial for driving our growth and development within the UK, Ireland & Nordics. As a Strategic PAM, you will manage and develop key strategic partnerships with leading integration providers and channel partners to expand Aircall's market presence and drive revenue growth.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and hands‑on execution. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with our partners, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful partnership outcomes.

This role is for the Aircall office in London (at least three core days at the office).

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnership Management: Develop and manage relationships with key strategic partners, including software providers and channel partners (e.g., System Integrators, Solution Partners, Digital Consulting firms).
• Business Development: Identify new partnership opportunities and develop strategies to expand Aircall’s market presence in the UK&I and Nordics region.
• Strategic Planning: Utilize data‑driven insights to create and execute strategic partnership plans that align with Aircall’s business objectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other GTM teams, and Product Development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to partnership management and to drive joint initiatives.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships using KPIs and metrics, ensuring alignment with Aircall’s goals and objectives.
• Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
• Event Participation: Represent Aircall at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums to enhance brand visibility and partnership opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role in a competitive, data‑driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage strategic partnerships, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of the UK, Ireland and Nordic markets.
• Experience in representing an organization in public forums and thought leadership discussions is a plus.
