Strategic Partnerships Leader — HS2 Growth Programme

WMCA is seeking a Strategic Advisor for the HS2 Growth Programme and wider strategic projects. You will drive strategic partnerships, manage key stakeholder relationships, and provide expert guidance to optimise regional delivery from initiation to completion.

You will communicate project scopes and objectives, coordinate detailed plans, timelines and resource needs, and represent WMCA at stakeholder briefings. Strong political acumen and HS2 knowledge are essential.
