Slough Borough Council is seeking a Head of Payroll & Recruitment to lead two critical services at the heart of the organisation. You will shape how we attract, recruit, pay and support our workforce to deliver the best outcomes for communities.

You will drive performance, governance and continuous improvement, modernising systems, improving recruitment pace and quality, and managing supplier contracts. Hybrid working and inclusive, supportive culture are offered.
