Strategic People Director — Maternity Cover (9–12 months)

Bristol Waste Company is seeking an experienced People Director on a maternity cover basis to guide organisational strategy, culture, reward, leadership development and transformation during a period of delivery and change. This senior role reports to the Managing Director and aligns with the Executive Team and Board.

The role focuses on strategic leadership rather than day-to-day HR, with the Head of HR continuing to lead routine People Team operations.
