Strategic People Partner for Business Transformation

Yorkshire Water is seeking a strategic People Partner to join the People team in Leeds. You will partner with People Leaders to shape people strategies that enable business performance and support transformation across operational teams.

This permanent, full-time role (37 hours) offers a salary up to £60,000 depending on experience, a £6,000 car allowance, and an annual incentive up to 15% of salary. Hybrid working from Leeds Valley Park with a strong benefits package.
