Strategic People Partner to BU Leaders

Connells Group UK is seeking a People Business Partner to join our People team and work closely with the Business Unit leadership. You will act as a trusted advisor to drive people strategy, coach senior leaders and shape people plans aligned to business aims.

You will lead change initiatives, optimise processes, and provide MI-driven insights to support decisions. This role operates within a fast-paced, multi-location environment and the emphasis is on delivering customer-focused HR solutions.
