London Borough of Havering seeks a Deputy Team Leader – Strategic Applications to support the Development Management service, oversee strategic planning applications and mentor officers. You will deputise for the Team Leader and help drive high‑quality, defensible decisions aligned with the Havering Local Plan.

You will lead a fast‑paced team, manage competing priorities and provide expert reports, negotiations and pre‑application advice across major projects. Hybrid working is available.
