Strategic Policy & Research Lead

London South East Academies Trust is seeking a Policy and Research Officer to drive a portfolio of research and policy-related projects within the Elevare Civic Education Group, including London South East Colleges and the Elevare Education Foundation.

The role will design and undertake research and evaluation, provide policy briefings, and build an evidence base to support learners and staff across the Trust's schools and colleges. A few years' applied policy/research experience is preferred.
