Strategic Procurement Leader

Pulsant in Edinburgh is seeking a Head of Procurement to lead the procurement function within Finance. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, shaping policy, negotiating supplier agreements, and guiding a Senior Buyer.

The position is permanent with hybrid working: 2 days from home and 3 days in the Edinburgh Park office, plus onsite parking. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will drive cost efficiencies and supplier performance across the organisation.
