Strategic Project Controls & Change Manager

CPR in Birmingham is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead change control and performance reporting on the Hybrid Bill programme. You will own baseline maintenance, schedule and cost performance, and risk management across the project.

The role requires experience in governance forums, mastery of project controls systems (e.g., Primavera P6, Prism, CEMAR), and the ability to guide stakeholders through complex decisions while developing and leading a small team.
