ARM is seeking an experienced Property Acquisition & Disposal Surveyor to support a £519m public sector property portfolio on a long-term contract. The role covers acquisitions, disposals, and strategic asset management across commercial properties, offices, rural estates, and development land, with a focus on maximise value and supporting capital programmes.

Hybrid working is offered (2 days onsite at Glenfield County Hall; Wednesday mandatory).
