Strategic Resource Allocation & Planning Lead

Larbey Evans is seeking a commercially minded Resource Allocation Manager to shape workforce planning, optimise resource allocation and use data-driven insights to support commercial performance and talent development.

In this hybrid role, you will partner with Practice Area Leaders and Partners to monitor utilisation, forecast capacity, and drive process improvements across time recording, onboarding and reporting to support continuity and decision making.
