Strategic SaaS Growth & Renewal Manager

Grey Matter Recruitment is seeking an experienced Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of strategic SaaS customer accounts in the Reading area. You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and partner with Customer Success, Professional Services and Product teams to maximise value and long-term revenue.

In this role you will lead executive business reviews, identify upsell and renewal opportunities, negotiate terms, and manage contracts across multi-year engagements.
