Strategic Senior Business Analyst - Recoveries (Hybrid)

Adecco UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to shape and deliver strategic initiatives for the Recoveries function. You will lead operating models, governance and frameworks, and drive improvements across critical processes with auditable delivery.

Based in London with a hybrid pattern (2 days in office, 3 days remote), you will collaborate with regulated environments, translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions, and mentor teams in analysis best practices.
