Strategic Service Delivery Manager – Defence & Aerospace

Thales in Belfast is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead service programmes and ensure delivery against contracts and SLAs. The role focuses on strengthening customer relationships, coordinating delivery teams, and maintaining the Service Management Plan across IAS UK.

You will report to the Head of Service Delivery IAS UK and travel as required, supporting a broad portfolio in defence, space, aerospace and digital security.
