Strategic ServiceNow Architect - HRSD & CSM Lead

Arden Resourcing is partnering with a leading ServiceNow partner to appoint a Principal Technical Consultant - ServiceNow Architect. The role is remote with a salary up to £120k, and focuses on HRSD and CSM, shaping complex programmes from design through delivery.

You will define architecture, lead design and integrations with SAP, CRM and external systems, provide technical direction, oversee security and identity management, and engage senior stakeholders across enterprise accounts.
