Strategic SME Relationship Director – Kent Growth

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an SME Relationship Director to lead a high-profile portfolio in Kent, covering Tunbridge Wells, Maidstone and Ashford. The role is hybrid, with at least one day per week in the local office, focused on trust, retention and growth.

You will work with mid-market businesses turning over £10m-£50m, delivering tailored financial solutions and building key external and internal partnerships to unlock opportunities and drive client value.
