Job Description
Gardiner & Theobald LLP is seeking a Strategic Soft Landings Lead to drive FM readiness for a major science campus project. The role is on-site with regular engagement across London/Cambridge locations, reporting to the FM department.
You will shape operational strategies, oversee handover, and ensure lifecycle value from design through operation. The ideal candidate has extensive FM and Soft Landings experience in complex estates, with strong commercial sense and stakeholder influence.
