Strategic Sourcing & Supply Chain Leader (CapEx)

Alliance Personnel Ltd is seeking a Sourcing & Supply Chain Manager to own strategic sourcing and end-to-end supply chain activity at the Evesham site. The role covers procurement, planning, supplier management, logistics and inventory with a strong focus on cost, quality, delivery and resilience.

You will lead RFQs/RFPs, manage supplier relationships UK and internationally, and drive improvements across processes and data tools while supporting CapEx projects and a high-performing team.
