Strategic Sourcing Manager – Apparel, Hybrid Onsite 3x/Week

Gymshark is seeking a commercially driven Sourcing Manager to shape and execute our global sourcing strategy across apparel categories. You will partner with Product, Merchandising, Planning and Supply Chain to ensure capacity, sustainability, and supplier capability.

You will lead supplier performance, drive cost improvements, and develop Tier 1 capacity plans while coaching the Sourcing Executive. This role requires 5+ years in sourcing within apparel and a hands-on, collaborative leadership
