Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for key indirect and direct spend categories.
- Conduct thorough market analysis, including supplier landscape, cost drivers, and risk assessment.
- Lead cross-functional teams in competitive bidding processes (RFx) and contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with strategic suppliers.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Monitor supplier performance against contractual obligations and KPIs.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in strategic sourcing and category management.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-category sourcing projects.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with e-sourcing tools and contract management systems.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
