You will develop and execute sourcing strategies for key indirect and direct spend categories, focusing on cost savings, quality improvements, and risk mitigation. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for assigned categories.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to understand supplier landscapes and cost drivers.
• Lead sourcing events, including RFPs, RFQs, and competitive bidding processes.
• Negotiate complex contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through proactive planning and diversification.

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or a similar procurement role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
• Expertise in negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management (SRM).
• Proficiency with e-sourcing tools and procurement suites.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effective in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field.
