You will play a key role in developing sourcing strategies, conducting market analysis, and managing supplier relationships to ensure competitive pricing, high quality, and reliable supply chains. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for key categories of spend, identifying potential risks and opportunities.

• Lead negotiation processes with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, terms, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance against contracts, and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present business cases for sourcing strategies and supplier selections to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, ethical guidelines, and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or a related supply chain role.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex sourcing strategies and lead successful negotiations.
• Strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms relevant to procurement.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market intelligence effectively.
• Proficiency in using e-sourcing tools and procurement management systems.
