Strategic Technology & Transformation Partner

Quadient is seeking a Technology Business Partner to lead strategic transformation across the Mail division. You will bridge business and technology, shaping operating models, roadmaps, and prioritized initiatives while guiding a team of Process Enablement professionals and BAs.

You will influence cross-functional partners in Marketing, HR, Service, R&D, and Technology, align technology investments with business goals, and drive agile, DevOps–driven ways of working to deliver measurable outcomes
