Job Description
FERA SCIENCE LTD is seeking a Transformation Programme Manager to lead complex change initiatives and strengthen governance across the organisation. You will report to the Head of Operational Excellence and ensure programmes deliver measurable benefits while aligning with strategic priorities.
You will be responsible for refreshing PMO governance, delivering robust business cases, and guiding delivery teams through initiation to post-project BAU.
