Strategic Trust Executive Headteacher

Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust in North Kesteven invites an Executive Headteacher to provide strategic leadership across its schools. You will be responsible for direction, standards and pupil wellbeing, working with the Trust Executive Leadership Team and Academy Committee.

The role requires building system-wide leadership, developing curriculum and performance, securing long-term school success, and modelling Trust values in line with the Church of England ethos.
