Street Scene Team Lead — Clean Streets, Manage & Inspire

Rushcliffe Borough Council is looking for a Team Leader – Street Scene to join the Streetwise team. You will report to the Streetwise Manager and oversee cleansing services across Rushcliffe, including litter picking, sweeping, bin emptying and graffiti removal.

The role also covers car park operations, schedules, health and safety, and income monitoring. The ideal candidate will have a proactive, can-do attitude, be experienced in managing staff, and bring knowledge of street scene operations
