Key Responsibilities

• Undertake structural analysis and design for various building types using advanced engineering software.
• Produce clear and concise structural drawings, specifications, and design reports.
• Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and construction teams to ensure design intent is realised.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and address any structural queries or issues.
• Manage multiple design packages and project deadlines effectively.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant building regulations, British Standards, and Eurocodes.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in building structures design.
• Proficiency with structural analysis and design software (e.g., Robot Structural Analysis, ETABS, STAAD.Pro).
• Working knowledge of building regulations and relevant codes of practice.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
