About The Role

The Structural Engineer - South London position, based in Croydon, offers a permanent salary between £36,000 and £52,000. Joining a consultancy of twenty staff, you will handle new build and refurbishment schemes, designing across traditional materials while collaborating with senior chartered engineers. This role suits someone from a UK consultancy background seeking rapid progression. You will develop client and architect liaison abilities, eventually managing your own projects. Due to a large uplift in London-based structural projects, RGB is looking to strengthen its structural design team by appointing two structural design engineers who will be trained and progressed rapidly to managing their own projects.

Are you a structural design engineer with experience working in a UK based structural consultancy liaising closely with senior chartered engineers£ If so this 20 strong consultancy based in South London want to meet you.

You will be experienced in designing with all traditional materials and happy working under the guidance of a chartered structural engineer with a view to developing your client and architect liaison skills. You will be working on both new build and refurbishment projects predominantly London based.

You should be comfortable using design software and attending meetings. The consultancy is very collaborative and values your ideas.
