Key Responsibilities

• Design and analyze structural elements for various building types, including commercial, residential, and industrial.
• Prepare detailed structural drawings, specifications, and calculations using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other consultants to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Conduct site visits to inspect structural installations and provide technical support.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant building regulations, codes, and British Standards.
• Undertake feasibility studies and structural assessments for existing buildings.

Requirements

• Degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a structural focus.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in structural engineering design .
• Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, Robot Structural Analysis) and AutoCAD.
• Sound knowledge of building materials and construction techniques.
• Strong understanding of relevant British Standards and Eurocodes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
